As an export-oriented silica sol lost wax investment casting foundry, we deliver OEM custom castings in raw,machined &polished&other surface-treated states to the process control industries. Our process is certified in accordance with EU PED 2014/68/EU & AD 2000 W0 For Pressure Vessel Casting Material. The Corporate Governance is certified by ISO9001:2015 (Issued by TÜV Rheinland)，ISO 14001& ISO45001 systems and is performed correspondingly.Based in Dongying City, Shandong, the company operates in our fully-owned land &production premises, the total assets of which is valued at 50 million yuan. 我司使用灵活且具有高定制化的硅溶胶中温蜡熔模精密铸造、数控加工及镜面抛光等其他表面处理工艺，生产精密铸件，加工成品比例85%以上。铸件应用涉及泵阀制造、化工、石油、液压，食品，制药机械等行业。典型铸件为闭式及开式叶轮，泵体，阀体，阀板，泵中承，泵盖，铸造密封件，液压铸件，食品机械铸件等与过程控制相关的铸件。产品常年出口西欧（德国，瑞典，比利时，西班牙，意大利，荷兰等），北美，大洋洲，日本及新加坡等国家和地区，出口比例占产出90%以上。公司的知名客户为美国缔柯圣,德国图宾根铸造厂（TSF）,瑞典阿法拉伐,美国卡特比勒，英国韦尔集团等。 We manufacture precision investment castings by highly adaptable and customizable lost wax investment casting, CNC Machining&Surface Treatment Processes(Polishing). 85% of our castings are Finished Items. Our investment castings are applied in pump&valve manufacturing, chemical tech, gas&oil, hydraulic, food processing and pharmaceutical industrises. Typical investment castings are open&closed impeller, pump case, valve body, pump base, pump cover, cast sealing part，hydraulic castings, food processing castings and process-control related castings. Our export percentage is at 90% of our total sales. Major markets are Western Europe（Germany,Sweden,Belgium,Spain, Italy, The Netherlands）, North America, Oceania, Japan&Singapore. Distinguished Clients are Dixon Valve, Tübinger Stahlfeinguss, Alfa La Val, Caterpillar& Weir Group. |
