山西中德铝业有限公司 网址： www.zhongdexc.com山西中德铝业有限公司拥有两大生产基地，位于山西省长治市潞州区机械工业园区和四川省天府新区南区产业园（成都.新津），是铝合金建筑型材、工业铝产品和汽车轻量化产品的生产制造企业。本项目着眼于国内外工业铝和汽车轻量化市场，项目贯彻“高起点、多产出、高效益、质量好”的建设方针，依托中德集团公司现有资源，以及与北汽集团的强强联合优势，采用国内外先进适用的生产技术和设备，喷涂工艺采用德国汉高处理液配方，全部使用荷兰阿克苏粉末，产品完全符合出口欧盟环保标准。目前，公司建有6500万吨铝合金型材挤压生产线，1万吨铝合金机加工生产线和1万吨铝合金压铸生产线。同时正在建设年产20万吨工业铝及汽车轻量化铝合金零部件生产线。该项目建成投产后，产能排名在国内将提高到前10位，成为华北最具技术含量、精度等级最高的建材生产企业。 Shanxi Zhongde aluminum industry co., LTD. is located in the machinery industrial parkof Changzhi city. It is aluminum alloy construction profiles, industrial aluminum products and automotive lightweight products manufacturing enterprises.This project focuses on the domestic and foreign industrial aluminum and auto lightweight aluminum market. The project implement "high starting point, more output, high benefit and good quality" for the construction of the policy, Relying on the company's existing resources, we cooperate with Beijing Automotive Group successfully.Our products adopt advanced production technology and equipment, the company has 6500 tons of aluminum profiles extrusion production lines, 10,000 tons of aluminum alloy machining production lines and 10,000 tons of aluminum alloy die-casting production lines. Meanwhile,the company is building an annual output of 650,000 tons of industrial aluminum and automotive lightweight aluminum parts production lines.When the projects are completed, the annual production capacity will increase to top 10 in the domestic, and become a technologically advanced, high-precision building materials company in North China. |
