山西超牌煅烧高岭土有限公司由内蒙古超牌新材料股份有限公司全资控股，为国家高新技术企业。公司位于山西省朔州市山阴县经济技术开发区（东区），占地295亩，从2017年10月开工建设。已投产的两条生产线年生产能力20万吨，三期年产二十万吨生产线项目正在建设，三条生产线均由超牌自主设计与建设，总投资3.8亿元。 超牌是中国非金属矿协会副理事长单位，GB/T 14563-2020高岭土及其试验方法、GB/T 18736-2002高强高性能混凝土用矿物外加剂、T/CFA 0202044 - 2021熔模铸造用煅烧高岭土砂、粉等国家和行业标准的参编单位。公司拥有多项国家发明专利，建设项目拥有完全的自主知识产权。公司采用优质煤系高岭土原料，生产煅烧高岭土、莫来石、精铸砂等多种产品，产品主要应用于玻璃纤维、陶瓷、精密铸造、耐火材料、橡胶等领域。 Shanxi SUPER Calcined Kaolin Co., Ltd. is wholly owned by Inner Mongolia SUPER New Material Co., Ltd. and is a national high-tech enterprise. The company is located in the Economic And Technological Development Zone (East District) of Shanyin County, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, covering an area of 295 mu. The construction has been started since October 2017. The two lines that have been put into operation produce 200,000 tons of calcined kaolin annually, and the phase III expansion project of 200,000 tons of functional kaolin production line is under construction. The three production lines are independently designed and constructed by SUPER company itself, with a total investment of 380 million RMB. SUPER is the vice chairman unit of China Nonmetallic Mining Association and the drafting unit of national and industrial standards such as GBT 14563-2020kaolin and its test methods, GBT 18736-2002 mineral admixtures for high strength and high performance concrete, T / CFA 0202044-2021 calcined kaolin sand and powder for precision casting.A lot new technologies adopted in the project have obtained national invention patents and have completely independent intellectual property rights. The company focuses on the comprehensive utilization of kaolinite resources and produces various calcined kaolin products，mullite,precision casting mullite. The products are mainly used in the fields of glass fiber, ceramics, precision casting, refractories, rubber, concrete etc. |
