    ShenZhen HengChang Plastic & Hardware prodcuts co.Ltd was established in 2001,is one of the High Tech Enterprises in GuangDong province containing prodcut design & development , mold design & manufacturing,plastics injection,Zinc & Aluminum alloy die-casting,surface painting and assembly. HengChang has always been adhering to the "people-oriented,customers first"concept, and constantly strive to improve quality,reduce costs and achieve win-win situation with customers. Through unremiting efforts, HengChang in 2003 and 2006 through the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification and ISO14001:2004 environment management system certification, both quality and production management level has risen to a higher level. In 2007, we established ChiYuenIndustrial Ltd in HongKong for developing the international bussiness,which obtained great achievement.

 

    ChiYuen fully implement the 5S production management concept and insists on continuously improving the QDC ( quality, delivery,cost ) policy to meet the needs of customers. In quality assurance,through the operation mode of PDCA to achieve continuous improvement of quality. In the production and processing, we introduce APQP,ERP systems and lean production concept, to fully meet customer requirements for quality, delivery and cost. This makes ChiYuen more competitive and attractive.

 

    ChiYuen is mainly engaged in mold development and mold processing & manufacturing, plastics injections and processing, Zinc and Aluminum alloy die-casting processing ,surface painting , assembly ，packing and other series of manufacturing. Processing products included : cosmetic shell parts, precision mechanism parts,precision gear parts, camera accessories,computer connector, window & door of metal die castings and security system die-casting parts etc.. ChiYuen has rich experience in processing of precision plastics and metal parts, and has been supporting the services of famous companies in Europe,America and Japan for a long time, has won the trust of customers.
