We mainly manufacture gravity casting parts, low pressure casting parts,die casting parts,shell-core casting parts and sand casting parts.
In order to ensure quality,we equipped with 11 sets of fast induction melting furnaces and resistance insulation furnaces, 7 sets of vertical gravity casting machines, 4 sets of horizontal gravity casting machines,4 sets of inclined casting machines,1set of low pressure casting machine,3 sets of 160T , 280T and 400T die-casting machines, 8 sets of core shooters, 2 sets of aluminum alloy heat treatment furnaces and the corresponding detection apparatus£¨Spectrometer,Universal testing machine,Hardness tester,Metallographic analyzer,Hydrogen tester and so on) .Surface treatment equipment including crawler shot blasting machines and vibration polishing machines.
In the meantime, we have more than 50 sets of machining equipment ,including 9 sets of four-axis machining centers from Taiwan and 11 sets CNC lathes. For the dimensions and surfaces,we have three coordinate measuring machine(CMM),roughness meter and other testing equipment.
