All kinds of production equipment are complete, mainly including: 400kg2 sets of medium frequency electric furnace, 500kg1 set, 1 set of fast furnace, 4 sets of baking furnace, 4 sets of heat treatment furnace, 6 sets of shot blasting equipment, Speke spectrum analyzer imported from Germany, complete set of mold making equipment of silica sol medium temperature mold material and The test equipment is complete.
The main varieties of castings produced by the enterprise include: Austenitic (such as: CF8, CF8M, CF3, cf3m), martensitic, duplex stainless steel, alloy steel and low-temperature cast steel (LCB LCC, etc.) carbon steel (WCB WCC, etc.), valve castings of various specifications such as ball valve, check valve, butterfly valve, etc., guardrail bracket castings of highway overpass, front and rear rotor castings of automobile retarder, etc. The annual production of all kinds of precision steel castings is about 3000 tons.
