Jingzhou Tongying Alloy Material Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Henglong Enterprise Group. It is an innovative high-tech enterprise specializing in the design, and production of aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy molds as well as the finished products processing. It has an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons aluminum alloy products.
Since its foundation, it has been committed to the development and production of gravity casting, high pressure casting, low pressure casting, squeeze casting (liquid forging) and finished product processing. With the development of lightweight, environmental protection and new energy, it has started research and development of lightweight design, chassis parts and new energy products.
The products are widely used in automotive parts, machinery parts, aviation parts, electronic products, communication equipment, construction hardware, motorboat parts, electrical components, petroleum equipment parts, railway parts, hydraulic components, medical accessories and other related fields. The products can withstand 20 MPa pressure without leakage.
It has a number of automated production lines and a full set of aluminum alloy testing equipment.
