Hebei Shuokai Casting Co., Ltd.,was established in 2012,with annual production capacity of 20000 tons. The company is located in the Neiqiu Industrial park,Xingtai City,Hebei Province,China,and closely locates with G4 expressway and Beijing-Guangzhou high speed railway.The transportation is convenient,only take less than 2 hours to Beijing,Tianjin,Shijiazhuang and Zhengzhou city.
The first phase of project invested 80 million Yuan and covered an area of 60 Mu,including the main casting workshop with an area of 12,000 square meters and the machining workshop with a design area of 1,400 square meters.In 2018,our machine tool casting entered the USA market successfully.
We possess the advanced production equipment,scientific manufacturing technique and the complete inspection methods.The machine tool casting adopts the mechanized type casting resin sand moulding,intermediate frequency electric furnace smelting.Gray iron,ductile iron and alloy cast iron can call be produced.Product weight can range from a few kilograms to 20 tons.we can offer bulk orders,production.Product size error is small,internal organization is uniform and the quality is stable.
The second phase of the project is expected to invest 80 million Yuan, adopting 3D printing technology,automatic production mode.Design capacity can be up to 10,000 tons per year,specializing in export of casting production business.
